**10% buyer's premium on cash or check - 13% on charged purchases.
**Everything sold "as is, where is", no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied.
**Announcements sale day take precedence over all other advertising.
**You must register with the cashier before bidding. Please have a valid picture ID.
**We do not accept cash payouts at your seats. Special accommodations can be made for those who need it.
**You will be charged sales tax unless you have a tax exempt form on file with Mountain View Antiques & Auctioneers. Forms available at cashier.
**If you have any questions during the auction, please ask any staff other than auctioneer or clerk.
**If the auctioneer does not see your bid, please speak up before the auctioneer says sold.
**Auction staff is allowed to bid on items for sale that do not belong to them.
**All decisions made by the auctioneer are final.
**Once you are declared the buyer of an item, it is yours and your are responsible for it.
**Once the auction has ended, ringmen can assist you with loading your purchases for tips.
**Your bid number will remain the same for all Mountain View Antiques & Auctioneers auctions.
**Preview will begin at 8am the day of the auction.
