Q. Where can we find you? What if we need to give you a call?

Q. How much is shipping?
A. Shipping is based on weight and destination. To calculate the cost of your order: 1) add the first item to the cart program by clicking on either "add to my cart" or "reserve mine". 2) enter your zip code or postal code when prompted and choose the method of shipping (UPS,USPS etc). 3) as you add each item to the cart program it will return a cumulative summary sheet that gives you the cost of each item including shipping to your zip code. Continue to add items until you have completed your shopping list.
Q. How can I compare shipping rates between carriers?
A. Once you have all of the items in the cart program, look on the right hand side of the summary page, about 1/2 way down. You will see a link that says, "click here to select shipping method". When you click on that link it will take you back to the original page where you entered your zip code (or postal code). You then select the opposite method of shipping that you chose previously. Click on "submit your choices". The cart will automatically recalculate your shipping for the new carrier. If you find that the first carrier was less expensive, click on the "select shipping method" again and it will return you to the zip/postal code prompt page again. Enter the first shipping carrier, click on "submit your choices" and your ready to check out.
Q. Can I send a check instead of using a credit card?
A. Yes. Add the items to the cart program as if you were going to order on line. When you have completed your shopping list, print the summary page and use that as your order form. Please be aware that personal checks that 7 business days to clear before we ship your order. Send the summary page and your check to:

Q. What if some of the items I would like are in stock and some are due to arrive at a later date? Do you hold the entire order until everything is in stock?
A.Yes, unless you have entered separate orders for later arriving merchandise (see question below) If you are ordering in stock merchandise and reservation merchandise at the same time, the items that are in stock will be held until all of the items on your order have been received. You will be billed for those that are being held. The reason behind this is because of the higher cost of shipping to you our customer.
Q. How can I get the in stock merchandise shipped without waiting for the reservation items I would like to order?
A. You will need to place two or more orders. Put all of the in stock merchandise (will have "add to my cart" button) in one order. Complete that order with shipping information and send. Return to the web site and enter an order for future ship date merchandise (will have "reserve mine" button). For most expeditious shipping, make sure all the items on your order have the same expected shipping date (this may require that you enter more than one order). This way as merchandise is received at the warehouse, it will ship to you, rather than being held for later arriving items.
Q. Will I be charged extra for shipping if there is more than one shipment?
A. You will only be charged the amount that is on your order for shipping - whether it is one order or more.
Q. Is my order shipped insured?
A. All orders are insured. International insurance does have limitations so you may want to read our web page regarding insurance on orders.
Q. What if something arrives damaged?
A. Carriers choose to handle claims differently, Please give us a call at 864-306-1069 or EMAIL Customer Service , so we can give you the proper instructions and arrange for your replacement as quickly as possible.
